How did you hear about us?

We are currently accepting wholesale applications from brick-and-mortar stores only. We are not accepting any new online stores. Interested retailers will need to fax us their Tax ID# (or resale certificate) along with proof of business with a copy of your business license and any *one* of the following items: a) a photo of storefront, b) credit references sheet, c) copy of lease (first page), d) a business card, e) a copy of store newsletter/class schedule, or f) store website. Please fax to (425) 844-8045 to set up a new account. Once you submit your online registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You must respond to this email in order for your email to be verified.
