MEMBERSHIP FAQ

• The Monthly Mix set will ship out the first week of every month. The set will be previewed the month before on the 15th. Singles of the Month will only be previewed in the Mix newsletter.
• New membership sign-ups will receive the set that currently is shipping, and auto-ship will begin the following month. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon sign-up, and during the first week of the month after that.
• New members will also have the opportunity to buy the past month’s Mix sets at the club price. Please email us a request for past Mix sets before the first of the month so we can include them in your mailing, otherwise additional shipping charges will be applied. You must be registered for Singles to request past Singles at the club price.
• This is an auto-ship program… you may cancel any time after the first shipment. You can choose to skip a mailing by emailing us or calling us before the first of the month. You may choose to skip up to three Mix sets per signup year. After three skips, your membership will be cancelled.
• Shipping will be $5.00 (USPS Priority mail) in the U.S. and $10.00 (Air Mail) for Canada and international destinations.
• No returns will be accepted for Monthly Mix club stamps or mailings. We will be happy to replace any damaged stamps or cases.
