Retail Shipping Policies

Shipping (United States):
Most orders ship within 2 business days. It is our policy to ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. The USPS suggests that you should allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for them to deliver your package. So, you should receive your order in about one week after we process your order.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Up to $20 - $4.95
$21 - $75 - $5.95
$75 and up - $6.95

Shipping (Canada):
Shipments to Canada are shipped Airmail Letter Post AO. The US Postal Service suggests that you should allow an average of 4 to 10 working days for them to deliver your package. So, you should usually receive your order in about two weeks. *Note to Canadian Customers: We've noticed that security has been getting tight at the border and sometimes packages get stuck in customs for longer than expected. Please keep this into consideration if your order does not come right away.*

Shipping (International):
We will ship Internationally. However our online shopping cart is unable to process orders outside the US or Canada. If you are ordering internationally, please email us at with your order and shipping address, and we will send you an invoice via Pay Pal with shipping costs included. Shipping costs will vary. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unused or defective merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the original packing slip invoice using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or provide a refund as per your instructions. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you if we have questions regarding your return.
